The Zaloga Post has been the proud sponsor for many years of the Albany County American Legion Baseball Program.  Eric Tolmie a member of the Zaloga Post is responsible for both the Zaloga Post baseball team and he is the Chairman of the Albany County American Legion Baseball Program. Ken Graham had previous held these positions for many years devoting much of his time to the success of this program in the Albany area.  The Zaloga Post has always had some outstanding players on its teams and consistently been competitive in the League.  The Zaloga Post is grateful for the volunteer efforts of Ken Graham.  Legion Park Field is located near Frisbee Avenue in Albany and across the street from the FBI building in the vicinity of the intersection of 9W and terminus of Interstate 787. 

 

 

 

Besides sponsoring teams in the American Legion Baseball program, the Zaloga Post proudly sponsors Little League teams at the West Albany Little League located in Colonie New York.

Opening day Ceremonies will be held at the Legion Field on Sunday, June 10th at noon.  Mayor Jerry Jennings will throw out the first pitch.  Please come and take part in our opening ceremony and help support our Zaloga Baseball team.  Baseball Chairman Eric Tolmie promises an exciting day and season for all.
